Hello, before our kalimbas leave the factory, we apply maintenance oil to the keys. This oil acts as a protective layer to prevent rust. The white spots you see on the keys are actually deposits of this maintenance oil, which is a normal occurrence. We recommend using a cloth with Axe Brand Universal Oil or Feng You Jing to gently wipe the keys.
